Flynn and the Transformation of American Liberalism. Stephen Knott is an associate professor and research fellow with the Miller Center of Public Affairs at the University of Virginia. He is the author of Alexander Hamilton and the Persistence of Myth, Secret and Sanctioned: Covert Operations and the American Presidency and The Reagan Years.
